I cannot recommend Helon, the dental hygienist, and Natasha, her assistant, highly enough.As someone with ADHD, dental appointments can often leave me feeling overwhelmed, embarrassed or ashamed about my oral health. Today was completely different.From the moment I arrived, Helon was kind, patient, understanding and genuinely supportive. Rather than making me feel judged, she took the time to help me understand exactly what was happening. She used a mirror to show me inside my mouth, explaining everything clearly and compassionately. Although I felt upset seeing the areas that needed attention, she immediately turned that into a positive learning experience by showing me exactly how to improve my brushing technique and care for my teeth.Natasha was equally wonderful—friendly, reassuring and professional throughout the appointment. Together they made a fantastic team and created an environment where I felt listened to, respected and encouraged rather than criticised.This wasn’t just a hygiene appointment; it was an educational experience that has genuinely motivated me to look after my teeth better. I’ve already booked my next appointment, and I’ve even booked my son in because I want him to experience the same patient, supportive approach.Thank you both for your exceptional care. Every dental practice should have professionals like Helon and Natasha. Five stars isn’t enough!
After many years of struggling to get my autistic son to see a dentist, we’ve finally found somebody who he is comfortable with and will allow to not only look in his mouth but touch his teeth. Dee is absolutely amazing with him and puts him at ease as soon as we walk through the door and she spends the extra time with him to make sure he’s happy and comfortable. Dee is a truly excellent hygienist. She is caring, kind, professional, and always puts you at ease. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she takes the time to follow up on any problems or concerns, which shows how dedicated she is to her patients.Ruby, Dee’s dental nurse, is equally lovely. She is attentive, efficient, and always ensures everything runs smoothly, making every visit a pleasant experience.Together they make a wonderful team. I always feel well cared for and in very capable hands. I would highly recommend Dee as an outstanding hygienist.
Helin and Inaya were absolutely amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly approachable. They made my son, who is on the autism spectrum, feel comfortable and understood, taking great care to meet both his sensory and dental needs. They also gave us excellent advice on dental hygiene and practical cleaning techniques. I was quite worried beforehand, but they made the whole experience a very positive one. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be bringing my son back again.
I feel nervous before appts and Dee made me feel really calm for my clean and polish. She showed a genuine interest and gave reasurrance for any concerns I have- plus a few extra tips! I also have Josephine for my check up appts and she is also really helpful. Any questions I have get answered in detail. I have been a patient at this dentist less than a year and my experience has been pleasant, very friendly staff
So so pleased with the service i have received here since joining this dentist. I really feel like all the dentists, assistants and receptionists genuinely care about their patients and it’s so refreshing to see. Had a hygienist appointment today with Hardeep and Chloe and felt so at ease and felt i was in a non-judgmental environment. I also had a check-up with another dentist on Friday (named sophie i think?) who really took her time with me and was able to make me aware of issues that my previous dentist didn’t! I also received really helpful advice and assistance on further steps i can take to improve my dental health and i felt so comfortable throughout. Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable and i’m so happy to have finally found a great dental practice :)

From the moment I arrived, Lisa on reception was so friendly and welcoming, which really helped as I’m quite a nervous patient. Charlotte, my dentist, was good– she made me feel completely at ease and explained my dental plan, I had a filling which she had done quickly and painlessly.A huge thank you to Helin, the hygienist, who was absolutely brilliant.I hadn’t been to a dentist for a few years, so I really needed a deep clean and was quite anxious about it she was so patient and clearly experienced and worked gently and carefully, doing the treatment in stages over two visits to make it more comfortable for me. She constantly explained what she was doing, which really helped me relax and trust the process.She also took the time to show me better ways to clean my teeth at home, explained how I’d been using mouthwash incorrectly, and gave me advice on how to reach the more awkward areas in my mouth. She was thorough, gentle, and genuinely caring and explained everything as she went along , she has truly given me my confidence back. She is the best I have ever seen⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐and highly recommend to anyone that is as nervous as I was and not had the best of experiences in the past.Thank you to Anya and Paige for being so lovely and supportive as well.
The entire staff here are really friendly, i’ve never had a problem getting an appointment in decent time, and treatments have been very well done.It’s a surprisingly nice experience overall for a dentist, Josie & Paige always put me at ease and get things done quickly and professionally.The online appointment and payment management system is excellent also.Definitely never thought I’d recommend a dentist, but absolutely would here, by far the best I’ve had in 30+ years.Thanks ladies ✌🏻
I have been in treatment for last 12 months with Sophie. I have had Invisalign, new crowns and veneers. Every step of the way has been discussed and planned. We had an overall plan but it was flexible over the year and I have been totally happy with the advice from Sophie. One year on I am totally over the moon with my new smile. I could not praise Sophie and her team enough and would highly recommend them.

I’m a new patient at Beaumont dental and since joining I have been look after by all staff including the receptionist, who are fast to answer calls and respond to emails. I had sedation extractions, and as someone with a bit of dental anxiety I was talked through everything that was happening. I felt comfortable with my dentist Asim and Chloe. I am now pain free and will be coming back for regular check ups.Thank you for all of your help and making it all stress free and reducing my fear of the dentist.
Cannot recommend enough! It has been a long time since I'd been to the dentist and I was very nervous, especially for the hygienist. I've seen Helin twice now and she's been so wonderful at putting me at ease! She was very welcoming and friendly, and did a wonderfully thorough job whilst making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout. The improvement was immediately noticeable and has made such a difference! After getting a clear assessment from the dentist, I was honestly already thinking I wouldn't come back for a second hygienist visit after the first, but Helin was so caring, reassuring and did such an excellent job that I did book the next treatment. It was very touching that Helin remembered me from the previous visit and noticed and praised my efforts between sessions, and I'm so impressed by, not only the service to my teeth, but her ability to override my aversion to coming to the dentist! Inaya and Cara were also lovely, friendly presences that made the experience much more relaxing and warm, and Lisa on reception is always a joy to speak to. Thank you for such excellence service 💕
First time visiting the hygienist today. Helin and Inaya made me feel at ease instantly, the environment was relaxing, both had a lovely aura and it was clear they enjoy what they do. Would 100% recommend Beaumont Dental. Started as a new patient in March and have been looked after ever since they registered me. Reception staff have always fitted me in when I call, some of which were emergency appointments. When other dentists wouldn’t take me on. I was thrilled when I heard they were taking on new patients. I’m back smiling again after my crown fell out. The root was extracted and then we had to wait for this to heal. Then I visited the labs for them to match the colour and today I have just had a bridge fitted by Dr Josie. The results are amazing and the new tooth matches perfectly. The care and support given by both Josie and Paige is unbelievable. Both kept me calm and explained every step of the treatment I was about to experience. So professional at every appointment. Receptionists are very kind and helpful on every visit, polite taking payments and helping answer questions on the phones. I honestly can’t praise you ALL enough, thank you so much. I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 20 years and was quite nervous, but I was made to feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in, from the lovely Lisa on reception to the dentist Helin and her assistant Andrea! The whole team were welcoming, kind, and professional. I was given the best advice and felt really well looked after throughout my visit. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience – I only wish I had come sooner! Highly recommend and thank you so much xxx
I had a hygiene appointment with Dee & Cara yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with how it went. Both are lovely, I had stains on my teeth I wasn’t proud of and they managed to remove almost everything. I’m using clear aligners to straighten my teeth and some marks were on the attachments themselves. Dee worked around these and still managed to do a great job. She was very thorough but also very gentle too :)Thanks so much to both of you. I can’t recommend them highly enough
Soon as I walked through the doors at Beaumont dentist I’ve been greeted with kindness.I’ve been wanting my teeth cleaned up, whitened and maybe veneers or composite bonding, for a very long time as I’ve been very self conscious about how they look.At Beaumont dentist, Josie has helped me towards my goals of having a beautiful smile.Josie and her assistant Paige, have been working together to create this amazing experience for me. They make me feel at ease as I’m petrified of dentists. When I go for my appointments, I don’t feel I’m going to a dentist appointment.I’m so happy I chose Beaumont dental. I love the progress of my new smile. Still not quite there yet but great things can’t be rushed!

I’ve always been quite nervous about visiting the dentist, especially due to some not-so-great experiences growing up down south. However, my first visit to Beaumont Dental yesterday completely changed that. Ruby and Sophie were possibly the friendliest dental professionals I’ve ever met. They took the time to explain everything in detail, more than any dentist has ever done before, and helped me understand exactly what I need to focus on with my dental care. We also discussed the treatments I was interested in, and they clearly broke down the costs and how everything would work, which really put me at ease.Today, I met the lovely hygienists Helin and Cara, and I can honestly say I walked away feeling not just better about my teeth, but more confident overall. I usually get quite anxious about these type of appointments, but they were incredibly understanding and explained everything thoroughly, including how I can improve going forward. As a fairly new patient to the practice and one that suffers from fairly bad anxiety, the visits I've had have been smooth with the care given fantastic helping to keep me at ease during procedures.Highly recommend for anyone with uncertainty on how anxiety is handled as they're up front about how you feel whilst explaining care, rather than berating as the NHS often do.

Absolutely Thrilled with My Results!I can’t thank Asim and the entire team enough for transforming my smile! I underwent Invisalign treatment to correct a twisted tooth and straighten my teeth, as well as bonding to repair chipped teeth, and whitening. I’m absolutely in love with the results — my smile has never looked better!Asim is fantastic, he’s incredibly approachable and easy to talk to, and he made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I never felt rushed and he truly couldn’t do enough to make sure I was happy with the progress.The dental nurses are all very welcoming and attentive, I had Rebecca most often and she made each visit feel smooth and stress-free.I genuinely couldn’t recommend this practice more!
Beaumont Dental is excellent. Josephine is an excellent dentist. She is always ready to listen to the patient, she is kind and very communicative with exceptional knowledge and a very caring nature. Furthermore, she is very generous with her time. We never feel rushed or that our appointment time is up. All the team, in particular, receptionists Elaine & Rachel, are very attentive and do their utmost to accommodate our needs whether it's regarding appointments, queries or general information. We would have no hesitation in recommending Beaumont Dental.
Visited for the first time and was very impressed. My dentist Josephine was so lovely and most importantly for me very reassuring. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to dentists but she explained everything very well and was very empathetic and reassuring. Receptionist staff very friendly and polite in person and over phone. Would definitely recommend if looking for new dental practise.

My experience with Beaumont Dental was excellent from the start, lovely receptionists polite and helpful. Josie and Ruby were amazing, very informative, Knowledgeable, and helpful on the options now and going forward for my teeth, whilst being so friendly and caring and understanding whilst giving me a filling! Would recommend this place to family and friends I really appreciate the treatment and service and strangely I look forward to going back to the Dentist!
I recently attended Beaumont Dental in Salford for a Hygienist appointment with additional "Airflow" Treatment.Would thoroughly recommend using this service and my teeth showed a dramatic improvement after the treatment (they looked good but they felt good as well.)Dee the Hygienist and her Assistant were very supportive and extremely professional during the whole process.Dee answered all my questions and also gave me very useful advice on the type of mouthwash I should use to prevent staining on my Teeth. She also gave me information on possible side effects in relation to my Gums from one of the medications I am taking. Michael February 2025
